what are the next steps in booking?

We know you are super eager to tick your videographer/photographer off the list and we’ve made the next steps really simple for you. We will send you an email containing all information, including a wedding Form, contract and invoice - once your deposit is paid and you’ve signed the contract, your wedding date is secured! You can fill out your wedding details form at your own pace. Everything can be done via the click of a button on your phones, so no messy paperwork!

i want wedding photo + film - is this something you do?

Yes it is! If you want to book it all in one swift and easy transaction, you can tick both your photographer and videographer off the list! We offer a wedding photo + film package in which you will receive your full wedding photos and a 3-4 minute highlight video of your big day. See the package PHOTO + FILM!

does the video come with audio?

Each film comes with a soundtrack of your choice, however, we do have add-on packages which allow you to add real audio from your wedding and integrate it into your full length video! Find out more REAL AUDIO!

i want some parts of my wedding in full with audio, is this something you can do?

Yes it is! We also offer your wedding ceremony, speeches & first dance in full with audio for an additional cost - see more CEREMONY, SPEECHES + FIRST DANCE!

how long does it take to receive my video/photos after the wedding?

All our videos are completed within a 6 week turnaround, where you will receive everything all at once. Videos take longer to edit than photos, so if you have opted for a photo package, you will likely receive them a lot sooner!

h0w many of you will there be on the day?

Depending on the job, there will either be one or two of us - we will let you know on booking.

will i only receive a copy on the usb?

Nope! When your videos/photos are complete, we will first send you an online downloadable gallery. You will then receive your keepsake boxes in the following few days!

do i have to have a consultation?

A consultation isn’t mandatory, however we do advise it is best for us to have a chat to get to know each other a bit more! You can have a consultation on booking, or even after if you wish! We also offer follow up zoom calls/online chats a week prior to your wedding to finalise all the details.

do you travel anywhere and are travel costs included in the price?

Yes we do! Our travel costs are included anywhere up to 100 miles, further than that would require additional travel/accommodation costs.

do we provide you with food on the day?

That is up to you! We would appreciate anything you’re able to provide for us!

how much is the deposit and when do we have to pay it?

To secure your wedding date, we require a 25% deposit, this is to be paid on booking to secure your wedding date. We will send you an invoice with all the details and payment is to be made via bank transfer.

when do we pay the remainder of the balance?

The remainder of the balance is due to be paid prior to or other day of the wedding.
